#Mission
Everything of value on public blockchains is protected by signatures a large enough quantum computer breaks in one step. Final DeFi is the transition layer: it secures assets on the chains people use today, with post-quantum cryptography end to end, without asking those chains to change. When the chains upgrade, nothing has to be undone. The approach, its guarantees and its boundaries are in the Whitepaper; what is live and what comes next is in the Roadmap.

#Partners
- Google for Startups Cloud Program — ecosystem partner. Final DeFi builds and runs its platform with Google Cloud as a member of the program.
#Investor relations
Rulings of 2026-09-03: no round figure and no dates are published; no pitch deck is linked; no quotes. Two ways in:
- Institutional investors reach us directly — through the website's contact form (subject "Partnership Inquiry" or "General Business") or the public channels in the footer. Terms and materials on request, from the founders.
- Private investors take part through the PHI Launch Sale when it is available: a fixed price, the same terms for everyone, paid on any supported chain, delivered on the chain they choose and usable at once. The Launch Sale opens in month 4, after the Malta license (around month 3), and runs for one month. The ICO opens in month 5, right after that sale. Purchases are admitted on the Pre-Final Chain.
What both are buying into:
- What is live: Final Wallet on five mainnets, the post-quantum execution lane end to end, transport without hot keys, the PHI Launch Sale armed on five mainnets, the explorer and the dashboard — see the Roadmap.
- Revenue streams today: the published schedule in Fees and PHI — fixed floors per state-plane write, a ledger surcharge rather than gas, a percentage on vAsset crossings, a lock fee on morphs, a spread on fee-token conversion, the RPC and oracle API plans (paid keys and pay-as-you-go), and what the order-flow auction earns above the user's fixed quote.
- Revenue streams to come: PHI is Final Chain's execution asset, and on Final Chain fees split between holders, node operators and the treasury — nothing is burned; staking on Final Chain nodes — delegated proof of stake, open to every PHI holder and not only to node operators — earns a share scaled by the particle ladder, with several node types and dozens of modules determining the share, user-based module incentives, and delegation that never moves PHI out of the holder's wallet — see PHI.
- The asset itself: a fixed amount of 100,000,000 PHI that never changes. Each token comes to hold more value as other chains join the network as modules and other assets arrive as vAssets — the amount is fixed, what it backs grows.
- What the capital builds: Final Chain, the Quantum Tesselated Protocol, the successor to the Pre-Final Chain in service today; the new wallet as a browser extension with its own isolated post-quantum core; the wider cryptographic suite; security review and audit of the node platform before it opens.
